Hello, and welcome back! Today, I wanted to make a blog post about some stretches you can complete with a partner.


While stretching with a partner, it is important to discuss your limits, and boundaries, so that nether makes the other uncomfortable, and you don't harm each other while stretching.

Located below are visual descriptions of stretches you can complete with partner, along with my description of what it will help you stretch.

Above, is the V-Stretch I mentioned in my other flexibility post. With this, your partner can help you gain an even deeper stretch for your legs, and back. You can also help your partner gain an even deeper stretch, and you both can go at whichever pace you need.

Above, is a leg stretch that you and your partner can use. It'll help you gain flexibility in your thigh muscles, as well as in your calves. In this, communication is most definitely key, as if you are not careful, you could seriously harm your partner.

Above, is a stretch that you could also perform on you r own. It helps if you are having back strains, and side strains. Make sure you clearly communicate your limits, as you could injure your partner.

And lastly, this is your final stretch that you can perform with your partner. Along with the others, you must make sure you communicate with your partner to avoid injury. This stretch helps you maintain flexibility in your thighs.
